Request
Enter your route, cargo details and preferred collection date. Identify dangerous goods and tell us whether your pallets can be stacked.
- 02
Review & offer
We review the cargo, route and available capacity. Any approximate price is indicative; the written offer defines the agreed service and conditions.
- 03
Confirm & load
Once you accept the offer and collection is confirmed, the shipment moves to the loading stage. A submitted request alone does not reserve transport.
- 04
Deliver & follow up
Check recorded shipment updates and delivery status in your customer portal. The portal keeps your shipment history together; location updates are added by the operations team.
